We offer two kinds of stays, Long-Term Let and Short/Holiday Let. Our Short Lets include corporate lets for any period of time up to 6 months and holiday lets for any time up to 2 weeks. Our Long Lets cover any length of time longer than all of the above mentioned.

You will be provided full payment instructions at the point of booking. You can pay your booking deposit either directly into a designated bank account or by credit card.

We provide Paypal credit card payment option. Credit card fees apply.

We reserve the right to request €500 security deposit. This is to cover any incidental breakages or damages that may occur during occupation. This will be fully refunded upon check-out if no incidental expenses have been incurred.

In case of long-term lets a security deposit equalling one month’s rent is required.

All our properties have a no-smoking policy.
